The Hempfield Black Knights (Landisville, PA) baseball trounced the host J.P. McCaskey Red Tornado (Lancaster, PA), 18-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Black Knights now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ephrata for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 17. Hempfield will clash with a Mountaineers team coming off a 9-9 non-league Penn Manor (Millersville, PA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 6-4.

With the defeat, J.P. McCaskey drops to 0-13 on the year. The Red tornado travel to Ephrata (Ephrata, PA) to clash with the Mountaineers in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21. The Mountaineers go into the challenge with a record of 6-5. Ephrata lost 11-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Hempfield (Landisville, PA)
