The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Paradise Valley Christian Prep Panthers (Phoenix, AZ) and the host Ajo Red Raiders (Ajo, AZ), observed Paradise Valley Christian Prep's softball team notch a victory over Ajo by a final score of 28-8.

The Panthers (11-1) will now prepare for their bout against Gila Bend (Gila Bend, AZ). The Gila Monsters go into the non-league bout with a 5-5 record. In their last bout, Gila Bend was routed by Ajo (Ajo, AZ), 11-6, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Red Raiders battle the Sequoia Charter Stallions (Mesa, AZ) in a CAA D1 Cactus bout, on Monday, April 21. Ajo will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Stallions go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 12-6 non-league win over Thunderbird Adventist Academy (Scottsdale, AZ).
