In Wednesday's league test, the Cocalico Eagles (Denver, PA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Garden Spot Spartans (New Holland, PA), by a tally of 14-1.

Next, the Eagles meet the Solanco Golden Mules (Quarryville, PA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 17. Cocalico will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Golden Mules go into the test with a 13-1 record after their 13-1 league win over Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, PA).

The Spartans (1-11) will now prepare for their test against Manheim Central (Manheim, PA). The Barons go into the Lancaster-Lebanon Section 3 test with a 5-8 record. In their last test, Manheim Central was routed by Donegal (Mt. Joy, PA), 12-2, in a league test.
