California High School Softball - San Marcos drops to Dos Pueblos

April 16, 2025: Goleta, CA 93117

The San Marcos Royals softball squad (Santa Barbara, CA), was routed 12-2 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Dos Pueblos Chargers (Goleta, CA)

With the triumph, Dos Pueblos improves its record to 10-9 on the year. The Chargers host Oxnard (Oxnard, CA) to face the Yellowjackets in a Channel contest on Monday, April 21. The Yellowjackets enter the contest with a record of 14-4. Oxnard won 9-4 in their recent league contest against Ventura (Ventura, CA)

The Royals now hold a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Ventura for a Channel contest on Friday, April 18. San Marcos will face a Cougars squad coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Grace (Simi Valley, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 14-5.
