Kentucky High School Softball - Pike County Central bounces Floyd Central

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Pike County Central Hawks (Pikeville, KY) and the host Floyd Central Jaguars (Eastern, KY), observed Pike County Central's softball team prevail over Floyd Central by a tally of 10-0.

The Hawks (9-6) will now prepare for their bout against Prestonsburg (Prestonsburg, KY). The Blackcats go into the non-league bout with a 4-7 record. In their last bout, Prestonsburg was routed by Morgan County (West Liberty, KY), 9-6, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Jaguars battle the Elliott County Lions (Sandy Hook, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 18. Floyd Central will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record.
