The Manchester Panthers softball team scored 22 runs and held the host Orrville Red Riders to 0 in the Panthers league win on Wednesday.

The Panthers now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hoover for a non-league battle on Friday, April 18. Manchester will confront a Vikings team coming off a 8-3 league loss to GlenOak (Canton, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Orrville moves to 0-6 on the season. The Red riders host Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) to confront the Royals in a non-league battle on Thursday, April 17.
