Virginia High School Softball - West Point knocked off by Middlesex

In Wednesday's league test, the Middlesex Chargers (Saluda, VA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting West Point Pointers (West Point, VA), by a count of 15-1.

Next, the Chargers meet the Charles City Panthers (Charles City, VA) in a Tidewater test, on Thursday, April 17. Middlesex will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record.

The Pointers (6-4) will now prepare for their test against King William (King William, VA). The Cavaliers go into the Tidewater test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, King William toppled New Kent (New Kent, VA), 8-1, in a non-league test.
