California High School Softball - Woodbridge bounces Portola

In Wednesday's league match, the host Woodbridge Warriors softball team scored a nice 16-0 victory over the Portola Bulldogs.
The Warriors (8-8) will now prepare for their match against Irvine (Irvine, CA). The Vaqueros go into the Pacific Coast match with a 5-13 record. In their last match, Irvine gained a win over Northwood (Irvine, CA), 9-6, in a league match.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Newport Harbor Sailors (Newport Beach, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, April 18. Portola will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Sailors go into the match with a 9-11 record after their 18-2 league win over Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, CA).
