The R.A. Long Lumberjacks softball squad (Longview, WA), was routed 14-0 in Wednesday's league contest with the visiting Woodland Beavers (Woodland, WA)
With the triumph, Woodland improves its record to 7-4 on the year. The Beavers travel to Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA) to face the Hawks in a 2A Greater St. Helens contest on Friday, April 18. The Hawks enter the contest with a record of 4-6. Hockinson lost 17-3 in their recent league contest against Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA)
The Lumberjacks now hold a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Mark Morris for a 2A Greater St. Helens contest on Friday, April 18. R.A. Long will face a Monarchs squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Washougal (Washougal, WA). The Monarchs record now stands at 11-0.
