The Holmes County Central Jaguars baseball squad (Lexington, MS), was overwhelmed 12-4 in Thursday's league contest with the host Lanier Bulldogs (Jackson, MS)
With the triumph, Lanier moves its record to 2-11 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MS) to confront the Gators in a 5A Region 2 challenge on Friday, April 17. The Gators go into the challenge with a record of 11-12.
With the defeat, Holmes County Central drops to 0-8 on the year.
