Shelby County Rockets (Shelbyville, KY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Oldham County Colonels (Buckner, KY), 21-0 in a league game.

With the victory, Shelby County advances its record to 8-5 on the season. The Rockets host Tates Creek (Lexington, KY) to play the Commodores in a non-league game on Monday, April 20. The Commodores come into the game with a record of 3-7. Tates Creek lost 15-2 in their recent league game against Woodford County (Versailles, KY)

The Colonels now sport a 0-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walton-Verona for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 21. Oldham County will play a Bearcats team coming off a 18-3 league loss to Ryle (Union, KY). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-8.
