In Monday's non-league challenge, the Richton Rebels (Richton, MS) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Laurel Golden Tornadoes (Laurel, MS), by a final score of 14-8.
With the win, Richton upgrades its record to 10-11 on the season. The Rebels travel to Enterprise (Enterprise, MS) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 20. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 20-3. Enterprise won 9-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Wayne Academy (Waynesboro, MS)
With the defeat, Laurel falls to 0-11 on the season.
