The Logan Wildcats baseball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Poca The Dots to 1 in the Wildcats league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats (6-5) will now prepare for their match against Hoover (Clendenin, WV). The Huskies go into the Cardinal match with a 7-3 record. In their last match, Hoover was overwhelmed by North Marion (Farmington, WV), 9-2, in a non-league match.
The The Dots (3-10) will now prepare for their match against Winfield (Winfield, WV). The Generals go into the Cardinal match with a 8-6 record. In their last match, Winfield was overwhelmed by Chapmanville Regional (Chapmanville, WV), 8-5, in a league match.
