The River View Black Bears baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Maysville Panthers to 0 in the Black Bears league victory on Monday.
The Black Bears (8-2) will now prepare for their match against Philo (Duncan Falls, OH). The Electrics go into the Muskingum Valley match with a 6-7 record. In their last match, Philo was overwhelmed by Tri-Valley (Dresden, OH), 6-5, in a league match.
The Panthers (0-11) will now prepare for their match against Sheridan (Thornville, OH). The Generals go into the Muskingum Valley match with a 10-2 record. In their last match, Sheridan tipped John Glenn (New Concord, OH), 11-1, in a league match.
