The Jones Eagles topped the host Chicago Mt. Carmel Caravan volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The Eagles now have a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Von Steuben for a Chicago Public Gold test on Thursday, April 20. Jones will confront a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to St. Patrick (Chicago, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 2-11.

The Caravan (7-6) will now prepare for their test against DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Rams enter the Chicago Catholic - Red test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, DePaul College Prep gained a win over Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
