In Monday's league battle, the visiting Yorba Linda Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the El Modena Vanguards.

The Mustangs (8-9) will now prepare for their battle against Foothill (Santa Ana, CA). The Knights come into the North Hills battle with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Foothill lost by Canyon (Anaheim, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Vanguards clash with the Canyon Comanches (Anaheim, CA) in a Crestview battle, on Wednesday, April 19. El Modena will attempt to advance on its 7-12 season record. The Comanches come into the battle with a 15-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Foothill (Santa Ana, CA).
