The Maine South Hawks volleyball team (Park Ridge, IL), was nudged 2-1 in Monday's league challenge with the host Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL)

The Wildkits (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL). The Spartans enter the Central Suburban South challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Glenbrook North nipped New Trier (Winnetka, IL), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Hawks encounter the Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL) in a Central Suburban South challenge, on Wednesday, April 19. Maine South will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 4-11 record after their 2-0 league loss to Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL).
