Connecticut High School Volleyball - Joel Barlow over Newtown

Joel Barlow Falcons (Redding, CT) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Newtown Nighthawks (Newtown, CT), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Oxford Wolverines (Oxford, CT) in a South-West match, on Wednesday, April 19. Joel Barlow will attempt to advance on its 7-0 season record. The Wolverines come into the match with a 1-2 record after their 3-1 league loss to Masuk (Monroe, CT).

With the loss, Newtown drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Nighthawks host Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT) to clash with the Cougars in a South-West match on Thursday, April 20. The Cougars come into the match with a record of 1-8. Kolbe-Cathedral lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Masuk (Monroe, CT)
