In Monday's non-league contest, the Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks (Tucson, AZ) softball team overwhelmed the host Cienega Bobcats (Vail, AZ), by a margin of 10-4.

With the triumph, Ironwood Ridge moves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Nighthawks travel to Buena (Sierra Vista, AZ) to play the Colts in a non-league contest on Friday, April 21. The Colts come into the contest with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Bobcats play the Nogales Apaches (Nogales, AZ) in a contest, on Tuesday, April 18. Cienega will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record.
