The Auburn Eagles softball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Blacksburg Bruins to 4 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Auburn moves its record to 9-1 on the year. The Eagles host Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA) to clash with the Bears in a Mountain Empire game on Tuesday, April 18. The Bears come into the game with a record of 1-8.
