Bethlehem Catholic Hawks (Bethlehem, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Nazareth Area Blue Eagles (Nazareth, PA), 11-6 in a league challenge.

The Hawks now sport a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Parkland for a Eastern Pennsylvania Conference challenge on Wednesday, April 19. Bethlehem Catholic will face a Trojans squad coming off a 5-4 league loss to Stroudsburg (Stroudsburg, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, Nazareth Area falls to 6-2 on the campaign. The Blue eagles travel to Northampton (Northampton, PA) to face the Konkrete Kids in a Eastern Pennsylvania Conference challenge on Wednesday, April 19. The Konkrete Kids enter the challenge with a record of 3-2. Northampton won 13-2 in their recent league challenge against Pocono Mountain East (Swiftwater, PA)
