California High School Softball - Corona del Mar knocked off by Marina

In Monday's league contest, the Marina Vikings (Huntington Beach, CA) softball team overwhelmed the host Corona del Mar Sea Kings (Newport Beach, CA), by a margin of 24-0.

With the triumph, Marina moves its record to 18-6 on the year. The Vikings travel to Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos, CA) to play the Griffins in a Sunset contest on Wednesday, April 19. The Griffins come into the contest with a record of 18-3. Los Alamitos lost 3-2 in their recent league contest against Huntington Beach (Huntington Beach, CA)

In their next game, the Sea Kings play the Edison Chargers (Huntington Beach, CA) in a Sunset contest, on Tuesday, April 18. Corona del Mar will attempt to move on its 2-13 season record.
