California High School Softball - Verdugo Hills bounces Grant

Verdugo Hills Dons (Tujunga, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA), 17-2 in a league challenge.
The Dons now own a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Hollywood for a East Valley challenge on Wednesday, April 19. Verdugo Hills will face a Huskies squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to Poly (Sun Valley, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 3-6.
With the loss, Grant falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Chavez (San Fernando, CA) to face the Eagles in a East Valley challenge on Wednesday, April 19. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 13-5. Chavez won 12-2 in their recent league challenge against Arleta (Arleta, CA)
