The Golden Warriors now own a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Geneseo for a Western Big 6 challenge on Tuesday, April 18. Sterling will battle a Maple Leafs squad coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Rockridge (Taylor Ridge, IL). The Maple Leafs record now stands at 12-3.

With the loss, Rock Island falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Rocks host Quincy (Quincy, IL) to battle the Blue Devils in a Western Big 6 challenge on Tuesday, April 18. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a record of 5-8. Quincy lost 9-1 in their recent league challenge against East Moline United (East Moline, IL)
