The Hoover Huskies baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Logan Wildcats to 4 in the Huskies league victory on Wednesday.
The Huskies (10-4) will now prepare for their match against Nitro (Nitro, WV). The Wildcats go into the Cardinal match with a 7-7 record. In their last match, Nitro by Sissonville (Charleston, WV), 5-0, in a league match.
The Wildcats (8-6) will now prepare for their match against Wayne (Wayne, WV). The Pioneers go into the Cardinal match with a 9-10 record. In their last match, Wayne edged St. Joseph Central (Huntington, WV), 10-0, in a non-league match.
