The Litchfield Cowboys baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Housatonic Mountaineers to 9 in the Cowboys league victory on Wednesday.
The Cowboys (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Wamogo (Litchfield, CT). The Warriors go into the match with a 1-1 record.
The Mountaineers (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT). The Spartans go into the Berkshire match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Shepaug Valley tipped Northwestern Regional (Winsted, CT), 8-0, in a league match.
