The Taft School Big Red baseball team scored 1 runs and limited the visiting Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans to 0 in the Big Red league victory on Wednesday.
The Big Red (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT). The Bearcats go into the Founders match with a 1-6 record.
The Pelicans (3-6) will now prepare for their match against Trinity-Pawling School (Pawling, NY). The Pride go into the Founders match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Trinity-Pawling School tipped Westminster School (Simsbury, CT), 3-1, in a league match.
