California High School Baseball - Pierce loses to Winters

The Pierce Bears baseball team (Arbuckle, CA), was overwhelmed 18-4 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting Winters Warriors (Winters, CA)

The Warriors now hold a 10-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Nicolaus for a Sac Valley outing on Friday, April 19. Winters will face a Spartans team coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 11-5.

Next, the Bears face the Live Oak Lions (Live Oak, CA) in a Sac Valley outing, on Friday, April 19. Pierce will attempt to advance on its 7-10 season record. The Lions enter the outing with a 4-12 record after their 7-1 league win over Pierce (Arbuckle, CA).
