The Garfield Boilermakers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting St. Mary Gaels to 0 in the Boilermakers league victory on Wednesday.

The Boilermakers now possess a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wood-Ridge for a NJIC game on Thursday, April 18. Garfield will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Becton (East Rutherford, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-4.

The Gaels (1-7) will now prepare for their game against North Arlington (North Arlington, NJ). The Vikings enter the NJIC game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, North Arlington defeated Secaucus (Secaucus, NJ), 2-0, in a league game.
