The Linden Tigers topped the host Plainfield Cardinals volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Tigers now have a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Union for a UCC - Watchung test on Friday, April 19. Linden will confront a Farmers team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ). The Farmers record now stands at 3-5.

The Cardinals (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Westfield (Westfield, NJ). The Blue Devils enter the UCC - Mountain test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Westfield gained a win over Elizabeth (Elizabeth, NJ), 2-1, in a non-league test.
