Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Grosse Pointe North Norsemen (Grosse Pointe, MI), 11-4 in a non-league battle.

The Big Reds now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lakeview for a Division 1 Region 3 battle on Friday, April 19. Chippewa Valley will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 20-0 league loss to Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Huskies record now stands at 0-3.

In their next game, the Norsemen clash with the Utica Eisenhower Eagles (Shelby Township, MI) in a Division 1 Region 3 battle, on Friday, April 19. Grosse Pointe North will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 4-1 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Utica Ford (Sterling Heights, MI).
