The Burley Bobcats crushed the visiting Jerome Tigers baseball team by a count of 12-3 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Bobcats now possess a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Canyon Ridge for a bout on Tuesday, April 23. Burley will face a Riverhawks team coming off a 16-3 non-league win over Preston (Preston, ID). The Riverhawks record now stands at 6-6.
Next, the Tigers face the Wood River Wolverines (Hailey, ID) in a bout, on Monday, April 22. Jerome will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Wolverines enter the bout with a 0-7 record after their 16-0 league loss to Minico (Rupert, ID).
