The Cape Fear Colts lacrosse squad (Fayetteville, NC), was overwhelmed 12-7 in Wednesday's league contest with the visiting Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC)

Coming up next, the Vikings confront the Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC) in a United 8/All American/Sandhills contest, on Friday, April 19. Union Pines will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Bears enter the contest with a 4-6 record after their 14-11 league loss to Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC).
