Blackstone-Millville Chargers (Blackstone, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Southbridge Pioneers (Southbridge, MA), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Chargers now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hopedale for a Dual Valley challenge on Monday, April 22. Blackstone-Millville will battle a Blue Raiders squad coming off a 11-9 non-league win over Milford (Milford, MA). The Blue Raiders record now stands at 5-0.

With the loss, Southbridge falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Tantasqua Regional (Fiskdale, MA) to battle the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 19. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 2-1. Tantasqua Regional won 17-5 in their recent non-league challenge against South (Worcester, MA)
