Spectators at Wednesday's league match between the Goode STEM Academy Knights (Chicago, IL) and the host Kelly Trojans (Chicago, IL), witnessed Goode STEM Academy's softball squad prevail over Kelly by a count of 19-3.

The Knights now sport a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Thornwood for a non-league match on Thursday, April 18. Goode STEM Academy will face a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 18-12 non-league loss to Thornton Fractional North (Calumet City, IL). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 0-5.

With the loss, Kelly moves to 1-6 on the season. The Trojans host Solorio (Chicago, IL) to face the Sun Warriors in a Chicago Public White Central match on Friday, April 19. The Sun Warriors go into the match with a record of 0-3. Solorio lost 25-0 in their recent league test against Curie (Chicago, IL)
