The Hillcrest Jaguars softball team scored 26 runs and limited the host Monroe County Tigers to 11 in the Jaguars league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Hillcrest moves its record to 5-5 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Gulf Shores (Gulf Shores, AL) to clash with the Dolphins in a non-league game on Friday, April 19. The Dolphins come into the game with a record of 26-6. Gulf Shores won 15-0 in their recent league game against LeFlore (Mobile, AL)

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the W.S. Neal Eagles (East Brewton, AL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 18. Monroe County will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 7-20 record after their 8-4 non-league loss to Blacksher (Uriah, AL).
