The Moriarty Pintos softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Taos Tigers to 4 in the Pintos league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Moriarty moves its record to 12-6 on the year. The Pintos host Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM) to clash with the Elks/Elkettes in a 4A District 2 game on Saturday, April 20. The Elks/Elkettes come into the game with a record of 4-15. Pojoaque Valley won 12-6 in their recent league game against Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM)

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) in a 4A District 2 game, on Wednesday, April 24. Taos will attempt to move on its 6-11 season record.
