California High School Softball - Tamalpais knocked off by Redwood

April 17, 2024: Mill Valley, CA 94941

In Wednesday's league contest, the Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA) softball team overwhelmed the host Tamalpais Red Tailed Hawks (Mill Valley, CA), by a margin of 14-0.

With the triumph, Redwood moves its record to 11-5 on the year. The Giants travel to Rodriguez (Fairfield, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league contest on Friday, April 19. The Mustangs come into the contest with a record of 5-10. Rodriguez lost 8-0 in their recent league contest against Vacaville (Vacaville, CA)

In their next game, the Red Tailed Hawks play the Terra Linda Trojans (San Rafael, CA) in a Marin County game, on Monday, April 22. Tamalpais will attempt to improve on its 3-12 season record. The Trojans come into the game with a 4-6 record after their 11-6 league win over Novato (Novato, CA).
