The Oxford Pirates (Oxford, MA) baseball the visiting Bellingham Blackhawks (Bellingham, MA), 9-7 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Pirates now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bay Path RVT for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21. Oxford will clash with a Minutemen team coming off a 7-5 league loss to Blackstone Valley RVT (Upton, MA). The Minutemen record now stands at 6-2.
With the defeat, Bellingham drops to 1-6 on the year. The Blackhawks travel to Norwood (Norwood, MA) to clash with the Mustangs in a Tri-Valley challenge on Monday, April 28. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 1-5.
