Texas High School Baseball - Boswell holds off Weatherford

The Boswell Pioneers baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Weatherford Kangaroos to 0 in the Pioneers league win on Thursday.

The Pioneers now own a 24-3 record. They take the field next when they host Newman Smith for a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. Boswell will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Lone Star (Frisco, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 8-18.

With the defeat, Weatherford drops to 13-14 on the year. The Kangaroos travel to Mansfield (Mansfield, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a 6A Region I District 3 test on Tuesday, April 22. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 18-6.
