The Logan Wildcats baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Chapmanville Regional Tigers to 2 in the Wildcats non-league win on Thursday.
The Wildcats now own a 10-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marlboro Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 22. Logan will clash with a Dragons team coming off a 10-3 non-league win over Carolina Academy (Lake City, SC). The Dragons record now stands at 6-3.
With the defeat, Chapmanville Regional drops to 4-4 on the year. The Tigers host Point Pleasant (Point Pleasant, WV) to clash with the Big Blacks in a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. The Big Blacks go into the test with a record of 8-6. Point Pleasant lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Fort Frye (Beverly, OH)
