The Flushing Raiders baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Frankenmuth Eagles to 11 in the Raiders non-league win on Thursday.
The Raiders now hold a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Holly for a Flint Metro test on Monday, April 21. Flushing will play a Bronchos team coming off a 7-2 league win over Fenton (Fenton, MI). The Bronchos record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, Frankenmuth drops to 2-1 on the year. The Eagles travel to Bridgeport (Bridgeport, MI) to play the Bearcats in a Tri-Valley - 8 test on Monday, April 21. The Bearcats go into the test with a record of 0-2. Bridgeport lost 16-0 in their recent league test against Glenn (Bay City, MI)
