Colorado High School Baseball - Fossil Ridge edges Rocky Mountain

The Fossil Ridge SaberCats baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Rocky Mountain Lobos to 13 in the SaberCats league win on Thursday.

The SaberCats now hold a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to ThunderRidge for a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. Fossil Ridge will play a Grizzlies team coming off a 7-2 league loss to Ponderosa (Parker, CO). The Grizzlies record now stands at 5-7.

With the defeat, Rocky Mountain drops to 9-5 on the year. The Lobos host Windsor (Windsor, CO) to play the Wizards in a 5A/4A Northern test on Tuesday, April 22. The Wizards go into the test with a record of 13-3. Windsor won 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Mead (Longmont, CO)
