In Thursday's league game, the host Seneca Bobcats baseball team scored a close 7-4 win over the Greer Yellow Jackets.
The Bobcats (17-4) will now prepare for their game against Pickens (Pickens, SC). The Blue Flame go into the 4A Region 2 game with a 5-15 record. In their last game, Pickens by Daniel (Central, SC), 10-0, in a league game.
Next, the Yellow Jackets play the Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers (Greer, SC) in a 4A Region 2 game, on Monday, April 21. Greer will attempt to improve on its 10-7 season record. The Fighting Tigers come into the contest with a 8-8 record after their 8-4 league loss to Travelers Rest (Travelers Rest, SC).
