The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) and the host Ledford Panthers (Thomasville, NC), saw North Davidson's baseball team gain a win over Ledford by a tally of 18-10.

The Black Knights (10-10) will now prepare for their battle against Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Pirates enter the non-league battle with a 10-9 record. In their last battle, Topsail was overwhelmed by West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC), 4-3, in a league battle.

Next, the Panthers face the South Brunswick Cougars (Southport, NC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 21. Ledford will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 8-10 record after their 5-4 league win over North Brunswick (Leland, NC).
