Tennessee High School Baseball - Whites Creek defeats Maplewood

The Whites Creek Cobras baseball team scored 15 runs and held the host Maplewood Panthers to 7 in the Cobras non-league win on Thursday.
The Cobras now hold a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host East Nashville Magnet for a 2A District 8 test on Monday, April 21. Whites Creek will play a Eagles team coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Hillsboro (Nashville, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 10-7.
With the defeat, Maplewood drops to 2-10 on the year. The Panthers host Hume-Fogg (Nashville, TN) to play the Blue Knights in a 3A District 10 test on Tuesday, April 22. The Blue Knights go into the test with a record of 10-12.
