Michigan High School Baseball - South Lyon wallops Milford

The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the South Lyon Lions (South Lyon, MI) and the host Milford Mavericks (Highland, MI), saw South Lyon's baseball team gain a win over Milford by a tally of 17-1.

The Lions (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Hartland (Hartland, MI). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Hartland prevailed over Salem (Canton, MI), 11-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Mavericks face the Churchill Chargers (Livonia, MI) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 19. Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Chargers enter the battle with a 7-1 record after their 4-1 league win over Belleville (Belleville, MI).
