Texas High School Baseball - Wakeland prevails Reedy

In Thursday's league game, the visiting Wakeland Wolverines baseball team scored a nice 11-2 win over the Reedy Lions.
The Wolverines (19-6) will now prepare for their game against The Colony (The Colony, TX). The Cougars go into the 5A Region II District 12 game with a 17-8 record. In their last game, The Colony knocked off Turner (Carrollton, TX), 11-4, in a league game.
Next, the Lions play the Creekview Mustangs (Carrollton, TX) in a 5A Region II District 12 game, on Tuesday, April 22. Reedy will attempt to improve on its 17-7 season record. The Mustangs go into the game with a 15-12 record after their 4-0 league loss to Highland Park (Dallas, TX).
