In Thursday's non-league bout, the Rutgers Prep Argonauts (Somerset, NJ) baseball squad overwhelmed the host The Pingry School Big Blue (Martinsville, NJ), by a tally of 12-2.

Next up, the Argonauts encounter the Ridge Red Devil (Basking Ridge, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 19. Rutgers Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Red Devil enter the bout with a 5-2 record after their 9-5 league loss to Bridgewater-Raritan (Bridgewater, NJ).

The Big Blue (0-9) will now prepare for their bout against Ridge (Basking Ridge, NJ). The Red Devil enter the non-league bout with a 5-2 record. In their last bout, Ridge was overwhelmed by Bridgewater-Raritan (Bridgewater, NJ), 9-5, in a league bout.
