Indiana High School Baseball - South Newton loses to West Central

The South Newton Rebels baseball squad (Kentland, IN), was overwhelmed 13-4 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting West Central Trojans (Francesville, IN)

With the triumph, West Central moves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Trojans host Tri-County (Wolcott, IN) to confront the Cavaliers in a Midwest contest on Tuesday, April 22. The Cavaliers come into the contest with a record of 3-1. Tri-County won 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Clinton Prairie (Frankfort, IN)

The Rebels now possess a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Faith Christian for a Midwest contest on Tuesday, April 22. South Newton will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 20-2 non-league loss to Clinton Central (Michigantown, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 1-4.
